Managing challenging behaviour: a session for adult leaders

As leaders, we just want to get on with running our units, but sometimes other people don’t see things our way. Challenges might come from the girls, or from their families – or even from fellow members of the leadership team. Come along to share ideas and get some new ones. We’ll be looking at what the causes might be, and some strategies for managing.

This will be your safe space, where no question is too silly to ask, and there’s no finger pointing – and you’ll find you’re not alone!
