DESCRIPTION:Safer Guiding training covers Including All\, Safeguarding\, Data Protection and Health and\nSafety. The course is suitable for ALL volunteers requiring Safer Guiding for their role.\nThis training is open to all volunteers from all counties. Training costs are a legitimate unit cost\nand can be claimed from unit funds. You can also claim travel expenses from unit funds. If\nyou’re travelling from further afield and are willing to car share please let me know when you\nmake the booking as this may enable other volunteers to attend the training. \nTime: 10.30am to 3.30 pm (Registration from 10.15am) – Drinks\navailable\, this includes a 30 minute lunch break \nCost: £5* payable in advance of the training (*if booked before 31.08.25) \nCheques should be payable to: ‘Guide Association East Yorkshire Training’ posted to Elizabeth (at\nGirlguiding East Yorkshire c/o North East England Region office\, 7\nAlpha Court\, Monks Cross Drive\, Huntington\, York YO32 9WN) \nBank Transfers to: Sort Code: 56-00-06\nAccount Number: 02625210 (ref SG and your surname) \nWhat to wear and bring: Please wear uniform.
