As from 1st June, Guideacres is open for indoor meetings. The Den – activity space and toilets – can be booked for groups of up to 24 girls and leaders. Adult only bookings are currently limited to 6 people.
As for outdoor bookings we’ll need groups to return a signed copy of the ‘Staying COVID-19 Secure’ information and confirm they have an indoor risk assessment approved by their commissioner.
Complete Guideacres Site Booking Enquiry Form September 2018 and send by e-mail. On confirmation of availability, a non-returnable deposit will be required. All bookings remain provisional until the deposit is paid. We will send further information about the site, and key collection details.
